Your office, by text.

Text one number with a receipt, a payment, or a change on a job. Your office writes it up, files it against the job, and chases what you’re owed. Nothing goes to a customer until you’ve said YES.

Nothing to install and nothing to learn. It works from the truck, between jobs.

The part of the job that waits for you at night

Receipts on the dash of the truck, sorted in March if they get sorted at all.
A quote that went quiet, because nobody asked them a second time.
The extra day on a job that never made it onto the bill.
Invoices that wait until Friday, and then until the next Friday.

That’s the office. It’s most of what is left after the tools are put away, and most of the reason the evenings go. We do it during the day, as it happens, so it isn’t sitting there at ten at night.

How it works

1

Text one number

A payment, a photo of a receipt, a new customer’s name, a change on a job. Say it the way you’d say it to someone sitting in the office.

2

Your office writes it up

The invoice. The receipt. The change order with the price and the extra days on it. The reminder to the customer who hasn’t paid. Sam reads your text and hands it to the right desk.

3

You say YES

You see every message before it goes out. Reply YES and it goes, in your name. Reply NO and it doesn’t. Nothing reaches a customer on its own.

Six workers. One number.

Each one has a desk and a job, the same as an office you’d hire. They’re run by AI, and there’s a real person on our team behind them whenever something needs one.

The six workers of your AI Contractor Office
Sam
SamRuns the office

Text him anything and he gets it to the right desk. Every morning he sends a short rundown of what’s waiting on you and what’s waiting on someone else.

Dana
DanaPhones

Your phone rings first. When you can’t pick up, she does, in your business name. She finds out what they need and where, books what can be booked, and calls you herself if it’s a real emergency.

Gus
GusInvoices and receipts

Tell him who paid, how much and how. The invoice is numbered and marked, and the receipt goes out the same day. Ask him any time who still owes you.

Tony
TonyQuotes, change orders, follow-ups

You tell him what changed and what it costs. He writes it up with the price and the extra days, the customer replies YES, and it gets billed. A quote that goes quiet gets a short nudge in your words.

Rita
RitaThe books

Ask her how you’re doing and she tells you straight: what came in, what went out, who owes you, and which jobs made money. Receipts get filed against the job. She can show you the next eight weeks of cash before it dips.

Jules
JulesGetting found

Your Google page kept right, reviews answered, a post a week from a real job. If you don’t have a website, you get a page of your own, made from what you told Sam.

An office that learns you

A CRM is a place you type things into, and then it waits for you to come back and look. An office is someone you tell. You’ve probably bought a program before, used it for two weeks, and gone back to the notebook. That’s the program’s fault, and this is built the other way round.

Software you buyYour office
You type it in.You text it.
You open it to check. It tells you, every morning.
You set it up over a weekend. It asks you a few questions and starts.
Your crew needs logins and training.Your crew sends a photo from the truck.
Priced per seat, per user, per add-on.One price for the whole office.
It waits for you.It chases for you.

Free until you hire someone

The office is free to use inside your phone. Text it, ask it questions, send it receipts, see your numbers. When you want a worker sending things out to customers, you hire that worker. Hire one, or hire the whole office.

For comparison, a part-time bookkeeper usually costs $300 to $500 a month, and that’s one desk. No contract. Stop any month.

If you’re the one who runs the office

In a lot of contracting businesses the office is run by a wife, a husband or a parent, at the kitchen table after dinner. This was built with you in mind as much as the person on the job. Set it up for both of you. The morning rundown goes to whoever wants it, you keep the final say on everything that goes out, and the chasing, filing and typing stop being yours.
